Now all three sizes of Big Freeze feature moulded EVA hard lids that with the stiffened construction of the bag provide a convenient work surface or table top – either for prepping food or eating from, or to double as a bivvy table for receivers, phones and head torches.
The internal welded lining keeps them watertight, so they don’t absorb water and are easily washed or wiped out and can conveniently double as ice boxes to keep beer or soft drinks cold. Other features include an internal zipped mesh under lid pocket for plates, condiments, towels or cutlery, and carry or grab handles (model dependant).
