Very affordable, robust and durable specialist reels with premium features, they will deal with most techniques, whether fishing on the lead, float, feeder, lure, stalking, trotting or surface fishing. Also suited to use on commercial fisheries.

Features include: 4+1 bearings, One-touch folding handle with classic wooden knob, superb line lay, 2 machined aluminium spools, 1x shallow and 1x medium depth with sprung loaded line friendly metal line clips, micro adjustment front drags and infinite anti-reverse.

SP-5:
Ideal when larger diameter lines are being used or longer casting distances required.
The lower gear ratio of 4.9:1 improves cranking power, an advantage in heavy weed or snaggy situations and retrieving large feeders. Would make an ideal tool for stalking carp.

SP-4:
Being 25% lighter than the SP-5, the SP-4 is more suited when the rod is held in the hand whilst fishing, such as trotting/lure fishing or pairing up on lighter rods to improve the balance of the set up.
The higher gear ratio of 5.2:1 offsets the smaller spool diameter to maintain a good retrieve rate.
